Winter Properties completed redevelopment to the Muse’s Building in 1996. Muse’s Partners, LLC was formed to develop the Muse’s Building and the adjoining buildings on Peachtree Street. A popular area of the city of Atlanta, the block is the beginning point of the Fairlie-Poplar Historic District.

Filled with unique shops, the mixed-use complex is within walking distance of Underground Atlanta and Georgia State University. Winter Properties restored the buildings, integrating retail space (approximately 26,000 sf) and loft apartments. Winner of two 1998 AIA Georgia Design Awards, the block has been restored to its original beauty, reminiscent of its appearance in the 1920s.

The apartment units are open and airy with dramatic 12-foot ceilings, hardwood floors and large windows. The units range in size from 600 sf to 1,600 sf. A roof deck sits atop the Muse’s Building so tenants can enjoy the fantastic view of Woodruff Park and downtown Atlanta.
