Bob Silverman founded The Winter Construction Company in October, 1978. In the years since, Bob has grown Winter Construction into one of the Southeast’s largest general contractors, with over $225 million per year in annual revenues. The success of Winter Construction spawned the real estate development firm of Winter Properties. Today, Bob is focused on growing significantly the number of real estate projects that Winter Properties owns and develops, while still focusing on the core competencies of urban infill development and adaptive reuse, for which Winter Properties is known.

Brandi Coggia
 Vice President / Chief Financial Officer

As Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Brandi manages and oversees the accounting, control and reporting functions of the company, including preparation of financial statements, administration of accounts payable and receivable, execution of audits, maintenance of insurance coverages, and reporting to lenders and investors.

Brandi also plays an instrumental role in the financing of Winter Properties’ projects and in oversight of the performance of the company’s portfolio properties.

Patricia O'Grady
 Director of Sales and Marketing
 BA Political Science/Economics— Manhattanville College

As Director of Sales and Marketing, Patricia manages and is responsible for the activities of Winter Properties Residential For Sale products.  That includes all Real Estate Professionals, Marketing, Public Relation Consultants and our Preferred Lender relationships. She represents Winter Properties in all dealings with Purchasers and Prospective Purchasers. Patricia manages and tracks Purchaser upgrades, finish requests and specifications, while also monitoring Purchaser financing and lender administration to assure closings as scheduled.

Patricia joined Winter Properties as marketing and sales coordinator before her responsibilities increased to advance her role as Director of Sales and Marketing.  Prior to joining Winter Properties, Patricia was Vice President at J.P. Morgan Securities in New York.

NaTashi M. Peay
 Director of Property Management
 AA Public Administration - South Carolina State College

As Director of Operating Properties, NaTashi oversees day-to-day operation of portfolio properties. Her duties include supervision of property managers and maintenance staff, control of budgets, administration of service contracts, and negotiation of leases and renewals.

NaTashi joined Winter Properties as assistant residential property manager for Bass Lofts in January, 1998 before moving to the corporate office as assistant commercial property manager in May, 1999. Previously, NaTashi worked for James Real Estate managing single-family rental property.

NaTashi is a member of the Atlanta Apartment Association and BOMA.
