Winter Properties was formed to answer a need. The need for revitalization and restoration. Many buildings in the metro-Atlanta area were being razed once they out-lived their original purpose. Bob Silverman saw this as an opportunity to save historic structures and preserve part of Atlanta's history, while at the same time breathing new life into neighborhoods that had fallen dormant. With in-fill and restoration as a focus Winter Properties has seen many successes locally and in other metropolitan cities.
