Chairman
Bob Silverman founded The Winter Construction Company in October, 1978. In the years since, Bob has grown Winter Construction into one of the Southeast’s largest general contractors, with over $225 million per year in annual revenues. The success of Winter Construction spawned the real estate development firm of Winter Properties. Today, Bob is focused on growing significantly the number of real estate projects that Winter Properties owns and develops, while still focusing on the core competencies of urban infill development and adaptive reuse, for which Winter Properties is known. Bob received a BA at Dartmouth College and an MBA at Columbia University.
Stacy Crane
President
As President of Winter Properties, Stacy directs the day-to-day functions of the Winter Properties operating units: Leasing, Marketing, Property Management and Asset Management. Stacy received a BA in Mathematics from Smith College.
